How it works

Simple, start to finish.

  1. Call or book online

Tell us what’s going on. We confirm a time and show up when we say we will.

  2. The price comes first

We find the problem, explain it in plain English and give you the price. You say yes before we start.

  3. Fixed and tested

We don’t leave until it’s cold and you’ve felt it yourself. And we clean up after ourselves.

The work

What a day looks like

A through-wall unit going in
A condenser coil before cleaning
A filter rack, pulled for cleaning
Oswald at an open air handler
Checking the controls
Two through-wall units, ready to go in
Rooftop units, skyline behind
A new filter drier going on the line
Inside an open air handler
Oswald under a unit, work light on
A fouled filter, held up
An air handler in its closet

We don’t leave
until it’s cold.
